Selecting a 50/50 delivery split in Buying Home results in an uneven outcome.

The delivery split in buying home does not always result in perfectly equal halves. When the system attempts to divide an odd number of items, such as eighty-nine units, into a fifty-fifty split, the system must round the figures to the nearest whole number.

This results in one segment receiving a slightly lower count while the other receives a slightly higher one. This is are not a system errors but rather the expected outcome of processing indivisible quantities.
