Zalando Partner Login is a Single Sign On (SSO) solution (powered by Okta) for multiple partner-facing applications at Zalando. All platforms connected with Zalando Partner Login will share the following:
Login credentials: same username and password (and multi-factor settings, if enabled)
Login session: for the Partner platform(s) you have been granted access to that are connected to Zalando Partner Login, you will not have to log in to each of them individually every time. If you have a running session on one application, you will be automatically logged in to the other product when you visit.
When you are not logged in, the platform will show you the Zalando Partner Login sign-in page, and on successful login, you will be redirected to the same plaform’s homepage.
We recommend that you bookmark the URL for future reference.
The dashboard contains icons for all products you have access to, such as the Retail Center. If you do reach that dashboard, you can simply click on one of these icons to go to the desired application.
The above overview will automatically show you the platform(s)* you have been granted access based on the Zalando business model(s) you are onboarded to.
*The Help Center is not included in this overview, yet, it will remain accessible from the Retail Center.

In case your company is already onboarded on the platform, but you don’t yet have a user account, please reach out to your company Retail Center Admin who can extend you an invite.
In case you already have a user account, but it is expired, please contact your Retail Center Admin to renew your access rights.
