This article explains what to do in case you don’t receive the password reset email

In case you have requested to receive a reset password email, but cannot find it in your inbox, please first search for it in your spam folder.

If it’s not there, please try again to autonomously trigger the email notification by following the instructions of the User Guide: Zalando Partner Login - How to Reset the Password.

If you still don’t receive the email notification, please contact supplier-support@zalando.de for further assistance.
