To reset your Zalando Partners Login’s password, you can use this link or access the same option from the Zalando Partner login page by selecting the ‘Forgot Password’ option after having entered your email address.

You will receive an email containing a password reset link. The link will be valid for 5 minutes, so we advise you to take action as soon as you receive the email.

Important! If you can’t find the email in your inbox, it can be in your spam folder.

In order to continue, you can either click on the verification link and follow the instructions or enter the code included in the same email into the code verification field in the Zalando Partner Login screen.

Regardless of which method you choose, you will then be able to access the screen to ‘Reset your password’.
