Missing model type number can be populated in two ways, manually via the extended AMD and automatically populated.

If you have received the error "Missing Model Number Type", you need to check the affected article by

  1. Checking when the article was populated as the model number type is automated at midnight every night, if it's before this then it won't be populated until midnight

  2. Check the Buying Article and ensure all articles that are not on a PO or have no GTIN assignment are set to "unavailable"

  3. Download the extended AMD and check if the model number is visible.

  4. If it's not visible, please check if the following attributes are included in the AMD

  • Check this list of suppliers to see if the supplier model number should be automated (if it's not automated, it should be manually updated by the supplier),

  • Check if the supplier article number and supplier color code is included in the AMD. If not then the model number will be missing, once updated it will be enriched at 00:00.

5. If the model number is visible, you can try to re-upload and check the following morning
