Zalando Partner Login - Unable to Request the Password Reset

This article explains what to do in case you are unable to request the password reset

After having entered the wrong password 10 times in a row, the Zalando Partner Login screen will show the error ‘Unable to sign in’.

In case you attempt to reset the password at this stage, the following error message will appear if you select the option ‘Forgot Password?’ preventing you from submitting a password reset request:

This can happen because your account has been temporarily locked. In order to unlock your account, please follow the instructions provided in our User Guide: Zalando Partner Login - How to Unlock the Account.

In case your account is not locked, but you are still unable to request and receive the reset password email, please contact supplier-support@zalando.de for further assistance.

The support team will send a reset password email to your address. When you receive this email, you will be able to reset your password by selecting the reset password link in it and following the instructions on the screen.
