Our Thinking

In order for our business partners- including suppliers, service, providers, platform partners, distributors, consultants and agents of Zalando SE and all of its subsidiaries ("Zalando") to know about our ethical standards, Zalando's Code of Conduct sets the minimum standards to which business partners who produce or supply goods and services for us must adhere.

We expect our Business Partners not to only comply with these guidelines, but to strive towards ambitious improvement beyond compliance with regulatory obligations We also urge our Business Partners to integrate these standards throughout their own value chain, and to observe best-practice minimums for all individuals, from the fields to the corporate offices.

It is important to us that all stakeholders experience Zalando as an organization that values human and labor rights, ethical standards, legal compliance, diversity and inclusion and our planet as a whole. We also believe that integrity, respect and transparency are the basis of a healthy corporate culture.

The obligations outlined in our Code of Conduct are based on international standards, including ILO Conventions and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
