Password Requirements
When resetting your password, please ensure that the given requirements you see on the password reset screen are met in order for you to be able to successfully create a new password.
If for any reason requirements are not met, the below error message will be displayed.
Please ensure to meet all listed requirements and that the confirmation password you enter is exactly the same as the password in the first field.
Link expired
Please ensure that the password reset link is not expired.
The expiration date/time of the reset link is mentioned in the email notification you receive after requesting to reset your password via the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
If the link is expired, please place a new password reset request and promptly act upon the email instructions to successfully update your password.
Link not working
If you notice that the reset password link is still active by checking the expiration date/time visible in the reset password email you received, please try to place the request one more time following the instructions in our User Guide: Zalando Partner Login - How to Reset the Password.
